The Challenge

We are frequently asked to design and create custom stages, displays and stage sets for all types of shows, exhibitions and events. The challenges have ranged from a stage that is a different or irregular shape or size to complete stage sets for pop up events, film, television and theatre shows requiring fully functional and realistic looking moving parts. Getting to Work

When customers approach us with their vision of how they want to stage their event, we share that vision and set out to bring it to life. Our technically trained team of CAD (Computer Aided Design) designers can turn virtually any drawing into a fully workable CAD design. The completed design is programmed and exported to the CNC machine where the work is efficiently completed with exact precision. The CNC operators oversee the whole process ensuring it is performed to the highest standard without compromise or delay. Our operators are fully trained and have a wealth of experience in all aspects of our fabrication process from the ability to generate a custom design to the skills to transform it into a stunning finished and workable staging product.

The CNC Machine

The  acquisition of the CNC machine has increased and streamlined our production process creating a plethora of creative staging opportunities for our clientele with their vast and varied range of staging requirements. The extra large work surface enables the preparation and cutting of large sheeting in the fabrication of sizeable panels and fascia. The ability to utilise single sheets allows for more precise conversion to workable event staging pieces.The added benefit of having a raft of different drill bits enables us to craft a variety of materials including plywood, composite panels, MDF sheeting and perspex. The amazing CNC machine has injected an enormous amount of growth and versatility into our manufacturing process enabling us to create almost any staging design or setting our clients can imagine.
