Megadeck’s Contribution to ASEAN 2024
As we celebrate the 50th anniversary of Australia’s dialogue partnership with ASEAN in 2024, it marks a significant milestone in our shared journey and showcases the enduring partnership between the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and Australia. This partnership has been instrumental in promoting security, prosperity, and cooperation throughout the Asia-Pacific region. The summit served as a pivotal moment, convening leaders and delegates from ASEAN member states for constructive dialogue and action-oriented discussions to build a better future.

Spearheaded by ExpoNet as the lead contractor in partnership with Megadeck Staging Systems an ideal platform of functional, high-quality presentation spaces was created. From the Technical floor with custom ramps and railings in Government House Victoria spanning some 300sqm, to the 4 tier media riser for world press at the MCEC Arrivals Hall the attention to detail reflected in Megadeck Staging’s work truly reflected the importance of this historic event.
Megadeck’s contribution to the ASEAN-Australia Leaders’ Summit was nothing short of essential. As the sole platform and stage structure partner selected by ExpoNet, Megadeck played a pivotal role in transforming venues across Melbourne, including the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC), Government House Victoria, and the National Gallery of Victoria. Contributions included Indoor & outdoor presentation stages with branded fascia’s, cooking demonstration stage, and multiple press conference, stand up presentation and media risers just to name a few.
